Colleen is the Deputy Division Director for Operations in the Energy Analysis and Environmental Impacts Division, a Deputy Department Head for the Energy Efficiency Standards Department, and an Energy/Environmental Policy Researcher V. Colleen' expertise is in market, technical, energy use, economic, and environmental impact analyses of energy-consuming products in the context of energy policies, particularly lighting products, home appliances, and electronics. As a postdoc, Colleen studied trends in the historic life-cycle costs of appliances, both domestically and internationally. Before joining the EES department as a postdoc in January 2011, Colleen studied solid-state physics.
