In this joint effort, SEAD is providing technical and analytical support for the development of policies and standards that can accelerate efficiency, energy savings, energy access and—consequently—economic development throughout the ECOWAS region. This report aims at providing the baseline and potential achievable savings through the implementation of energy efficiency Standards and Labelling programs.
