I'm a battery materials researcher with 5+ years of experience in synthesizing and characterizing nanostructured composite electrodes for rechargeable batteries. My background in materials science, mechanical engineering, and nanotechnology equips me with unique skills to tackle complex challenges in battery research. I've led the synthesis and characterization of nanostructured composite electrodes for various rechargeable batteries, including Li-ion, Na-ion, K-ion, and vanadium-based redox flow batteries. Currently, as a postdoctoral researcher at Berkeley Lab, I am using advanced microscopy and spectroscopy techniques to study interphases formed on silicon-based lithium-ion battery electrodes. My 23 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals reflect my commitment to advancing the development of sustainable, efficient, and affordable batteries.
