Meenakshi Venkatraman

Meena is a Senior Research Associate in the Building and Industrial Applications Department. Her work focuses on overcoming barriers to clean energy technology adoption in federal buildings and multifamily housing through a combination of technical analysis, policy and training development. She has a particular interest in accelerating the clean energy transition while addressing historical economic and environmental burdens on communities. Meena previously worked on campus energy efficiency and low-carbon affordable housing as a graduate student at the University of California, Davis. She has an MS in Energy Systems from UC Davis.
